Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy for direct bookings through this website or booking directly with manager:

Any cancellation within 15 days or less prior to the original check in date will receive no refund. Cancellation 16-30 days before check in is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, 31 or more days in advance will receive a full refund. All refunds will have any credit card processing fees incurred from the entire reservation deducted from it.

Example:

Check in date is March 16, 2025

If cancellation occurs March 1-15, 2025, the reservation will not receive a refund.

If cancellation occurs February 14-28, 2025, the reservation will receive a 50% refund minus any credit card processing fees incurred from the reservation.

A booking cannot be modified and then cancelled to try to avoid a cancellation fee. We will use the ORIGINAL booking date as reference and to determine cancellation fees.

Please understand that due to our location, we have to have a strict cancellation policy as most of our travelers need time to plan their trip/flights ahead of time. When folks cancel last minute, it takes availability from other travelers as well as leaves our property vacant.

Policy is current & effect for all direct booking reservations made on or after 01/14/2025.
