Checkout Policy:

🔵To let me know you’re out, please send me a message through the app or text me at 909-395-7183

🔵Checkout time is 10:00 A.M. Unapproved late checkouts up to 11:00A.M. will be assessed a fee of $50 per hour. Please understand that we have to coordinate with our cleaners and they are scheduled to be there by 10am. No checkouts beyond 11:00A.M. 

🔵Turn off lights & thermostat, shut off all appliances, close windows, and lock doors. Front porch light may be left on. 

🔵Depending on your check out date, we may ask that you please bring the large trash bin from the side of the house to the curb. A message will be sent as a reminder the night before.
